Lower Costs with Fast Couriers
International Shipping Rates – Up until now, we charged £25 to deliver Dokha anywhere outside of the UK, whether that be to Ireland or New Zealand. The DHL cost to New Zealand and other places was actually higher but Enjoy Dokha absorbed that cost rather than passing it on to you the customer.
We have spent the last month negotiating with other courier companies, in particular Fedex, to secure better new rates for our customers. We have changed our international shipping options to make it cheaper to order high quality Dokha blends and accessories anywhere in the world.
£15 for Next day IRELAND Express delivery
£20 for 1-2 working days EUROPE (EU) Express delivery
£14 for 4 – 7 working day EUROPE(EU) Economy delivery
$16 for 1-2 working days UNITED STATES Express delivery
$7 for 3 – 5 working day UNITED STATES Economy delivery
£20 for 1-2 days SWITZERLAND / NORWAY delivery
£25 for 1-3 days EVERYWHERE ELSE delivery
International Shipping Rates – Update! Most of our deliveries are executed now by FedEx or DHL Couriers with full tracking at every stage so you can rest easy knowing your Dokha will be with you very shortly. On the odd occasion we have to use another courier service such a TNT, DPD Air Express simply because DHL charge too much for some outlying destinations in places such as parts of Canada or China, Turkey, India for example….
Unfortunately every year Enjoy Dokha have to renegotiate the charges being levied by our courier services as their charges are pushed up to keep pace with inflation. Sometimes their charges are hiked even more than the cost of inflation, so we try to do our very best, on behalf of our customers, to get the best prices on offer in the market at any given time.
We offer speedy delivery to most major cities in within Europe and the USA, however, delivery to some more remote areas can take a little longer – usually between 1 to 3 working days. No company is perfect, so we must point out that during extreme weather events or unforeseen events such as earthquakes, wild fires, war zones, pandemics etc., parcels may get caught up and there may be a consequential delay, which is totally out of the control of Enjoy Dokha….
